We want to make returning an item as easy and hassle-free as possible.

Return Period

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.


How It Works

Option 1: Via the link in your order or shipping confirmation email

In your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, you’ll find the note:

“Would you like to return your order? After your order has shipped, you can create your return label here."

Clicking this link will take you directly to your order in our online shop.
There, at the bottom left, you’ll see the “Returns” section.

  1. Select the items you’d like to return.

  2. Indicate the quantity (if you ordered more than one of the same item).

  3. Choose the appropriate return reason.

  4. Click “Return item”.

A download link for your return label will appear immediately — simply download and print it.

Alternatively, you can show the QR code included in the PDF at your local DHL branch — no need to print the label.


Option 2: Via your customer account

Log in to our shop using your email address.
You’ll receive a one-time login code by email — no password or permanent account required.

Once logged in, you’ll see your order overview.

  1. Select the order you’d like to return.

  2. Scroll down to the “Returns” section.

  3. Select the items you wish to return, indicate the quantity if needed, and choose a return reason.

  4. Click “Return item”.

You’ll then see a download link for your return label — simply download and print it.

Alternatively, you can present the QR code from the PDF at your local DHL branch instead of printing the label.


Important Notes

  • Please attach the return label clearly on the outside of your parcel.

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued according to your original payment method.

  • Returns are only accepted for unworn, unused, and originally packaged items within the 14-day return period.
