You would like to return an item? Here you can create your return label in just a few simple steps.
Create return label online
Please have the email address used for your purchase ready.
- Click on “Create return label now”.
- Log in to the returns portal using your email address.
- Select your order and the items you would like to return, then choose the reason for the return.
- Download the return label, print it out, and attach it clearly visible to the package.
- You can drop off your parcel free of charge at any DHL collection point.
Important notes about returns
- You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Please return the items in their original condition and, if possible, in their original packaging.
- If available, include the delivery slip or a copy of the invoice to help us process your return more quickly.
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method once your return has been received and checked.
