Should an HGG product ever need repair, we will take care of it quickly and easily. Please select the repair option and complete your order with advance payment. (You don't have to pay anything upfront.) You will then receive a shipping label via email for shipping to us.
As soon as we receive your order, we will inspect and confirm the desired repair. You will then receive a breakdown of the required work steps, including an invoice for payment. If we determine that the repair is covered by the warranty, you will, of course, receive the repair free of charge. Once your repair is complete, and your invoice has been paid , we will send your repair back to you immediately.
For each repair, we charge a flat-rate service fee (€15) for Germany or €25 for international repairs. This covers the shipping costs from you to us, from us to the sewing shop, from the sewing shop back to us, and from us back to you. Only the material costs are charged for the type of damage. If your product has multiple defects, please describe this in detail in an accompanying letter. For example, a repair of the front zipper costs €25.
Please only send us washed items. Empty all pockets (especially treats). If you would like us to clean your repair, you can also book a cleaning and care package for €20. We will then wash your repair with HEY's detergent, specially developed for outdoor clothing, and then freshen it up with our waterproofing treatment.
Repair time approx. 2-3 weeks.
If the repair time is particularly difficult for you, we offer a rental overall for €50 for the duration of the repair. In this case, select the "Rental Overall" option. We will then send you a jumpsuit in your size and the same color (or a similar color if not in stock) postage-free. You will then receive a free return label for the return shipment. Please return this rental overall to us washed.
